• 11am to 6pm - Workshops (with practice half hours in between each) 

• 6pm - Vendors start setting up

• 7:30pm - Tech rehearsal

• 9-10:30pm - Social dancing

• 9-10:15pm - Free professional photo booth

• 10:30-10:50pm - Performances

• 10:50-11pm - Jack & Jill/costume contests

• 11pm - Silent auction closes

• 11pm-2am - Social Dancing w/Kizomba/Zouk side room

• 12:45am - Last call for drinks! The bar closes at 1am.
